Blogging Bunny-style

I’m back! :-)

I can’t take it anymore. The not-blogging, that is.

I often think of cool blog posts, but they never get further than the inside of my head. If only there were a gadget that one could hold to one’s head that automatically transferred the blog-post straight to WordPress, lol.

That is probably a bit too Sci-Fi at this point in time. Maybe in a few years’ time? πŸ˜‰

What I have been doing tonight, being home-alone, is reading previous entries on my blog, from a few years back. And finding it quite entertaining, too, reading stuff that the younger me wrote about what was going on in her life.

Sometimes, though, I didn’t seem to articulate myself clearly enough, and amidst my ramblings, people got the wrong end of the stick.

I read a post that I wrote 29 January 2009. Had a little laugh at myself. Then I read the comments to the post (which I had somehow missed the first time round) and blushed to the roots of my hair!!!

The entry started off innocuously enough – I mentioned an article that I had read about studies done on Vi@gr@ and cut flowers. Yup, the hypothesis was indeed that the little blue p!lls stop roses from drooping in a vase.

How daring of me, to bring up such a topic on my blog, lol. And how naive, to not even refrain from using the correct spelling to prevent ping-backs and spam comments. Ha ha, so we learn.

But anyway, I then went off on a tangent, which in retrospect I am very fond of doing, that was rather close to the bone. (Please ignore the awful, awful pun πŸ˜‰ )

I quoted another article on how Vi@gr@ has been found to be effective in increasing blood flow to the blood brain barrier in MS patients, thus slowing down disease progression.

All fine and well up to this point.

Then things started getting a bit confused.

(And I quote…)

{I think it would be kind of a hoot if doctors started prescribing vi@.gra to people with MS to slow down their disease progression. Imagine if vi@.gra turned out to be the big cure we have been waiting for. Little blue pill = no more MS!

Hopefully Fingolimod will fulfil its early promise and I can keep taking that instead though ;-) It is working out really well for me.}

Oh my goodness, I’m blushing again! I meant the Fingolimod was working well for me. The Fingolimod! Not the other one. I’ve never tried Vi@gr.@, and nor will I. And I certainly would not talk about it so blatantly on my blog if I did, lol.

*Blushes*

Oh my word, how many people read this that know me personally and thought I was taking funky-type pills “for my MS”. I really need to learn how to get my point across more succintly. Or shut up. Maybe that would be the best option.

  1. LOL, for me thats part of being a blogger! There’s no-one proof-reading or editing, so sometimes a point gets lost.
